The homeway living Trade Program (“Trade Program”) is designed to support qualified interior designers, decorators, stylists, architects, and hospitality professionals by offering exclusive trade pricing and project support for client-related purchases.

Participation in the Trade Program is subject to approval and compliance with the terms outlined in this document.

 

Eligibility Requirements

Trade pricing is available exclusively to approved professionals, including, 

  • Interior designers
  • Interior stylists
  • Architects

 

Applicants may be required to provide,

  • Proof of business registration or professional credentials
  • Portfolio, website, or social media presence
  • Valid contact and billing information

 

homeway living reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

Exclusive Benefits

 

Trade benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved account holder.

 

Pricing & Discount Rules

  • Trade pricing applies only to full-price items.
  • Trade discounts cannot be combined with promotions, sales, coupon codes, or other offers.
  • homeway living reserves the right to exclude certain collections or products from trade pricing at any time.

 

 Payment Terms

  • All trade orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
  • At this time, homeway living does not offer credit terms (Net 30, Net 60, etc.) unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

 

Lead Times & Production

  • Ready-to-ship items: Approximately 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Lead times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, supply availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

homeway living is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Policy

·       We offer free shipping on all orders.

·       The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon shipment.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Damages

  • All trade orders are considered final sale.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless prior written approval has been granted by homeway living.
  • We accept returns only for damaged or defective items.     
  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
  • Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in denial of  replacement or credit.
  • Damaged items must be returned within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or credit.

 

Refunds

  •          Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  •           If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Use of Trade Program & Misuse Clause

Trade pricing is strictly intended for client-related projects.

The following actions are considered misuse and are prohibited:

  • Reselling products on online marketplaces
  • Purchasing items for personal resale or non-client use
  • Sharing or transferring trade access or pricing
  • Using trade pricing for bulk retail resale

Misuse of the Trade Program may result in immediate suspension or termination of trade privileges.

 

Revocation & Termination Rights 

homeway living reserves the right to-

  • Suspend or revoke Trade Program access at any time
  • Terminate accounts due to misuse, inactivity, policy violations, or misrepresentation
  • Modify trade benefits, pricing, or eligibility requirements without prior notice

Termination does not affect orders already placed and paid.

 

Policy Updates & Modifications

homeway living reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Trade Program Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the Trade Program constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.

 

Limitation of Liability

homeway living shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Trade Program or use of purchased products.
