Order Processing Time

Production Time: Lampshades are made to order and require 2–5 business days to produce. Other products require 2–3 business days for processing.

Shipping Time: Delivery time depends on your location 1-3 days within Ontario and 4-8 days for other province in Canada. 5–7 business days for all U.S. orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We will notify you of any significant changes to your order.

Free Shipping on All Canadian Orders. 

Free U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $150 with all duties and tariffs on us!

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier issues). We appreciate your patience in these instances.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
