Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be in the same condition that you received it

- Be unused and unworn

- Have original tags and packaging

- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@homewayliving.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
